Returns

EXCHANGE

We currently don’t offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible, we only offer refunds. Please see the below ‘Returns’ section for information on how to return your goods.

RETURNS

1. Returns can be made at https://our-returns.dpd.co.uk/L_AND_J_WORKWEAR_RETURNS
2. Goods specially manufactured and correctly supplied cannot be returned.
3. A request to return goods incorrectly delivered for whatever reason will not be considered unless received within seven days of delivery.
4. Goods will not be accepted for return unless purchased within the previous 28 days, unless faulty.
5. Where returns are agreed, return carriage will be at customers risk and cost. A shipping fee of £3.95 (plus vat) will be discounted from the refunded amount.
6. We reserve the right to refuse credit for goods not in original packaging or in re-saleable condition.
7. No returns will be accepted without a valid reason and confirmation of the purchasers order number or delivery note number.
