Case Study – Red Support Services

Red Support Services are a large facilities management company. They specialise in providing staff for retail parks, shopping centres and building maintenance. They needed help organising workwear that could match their ambition. Red Support Services had used other workwear companies, but had felt let down by their service and support. They needed a company that could deliver a level of service they required – even when the jobs became complicated and difficult.

Red Support Services needed a range of workwear products to match the variety of roles their staff carry out. These range from cleaning staff to security – each unique with different workwear requirements. RSS provide staff to many clients, so they need a broad range of styles and branding options.

At first, we focused on supplying Red Support Services with a solid core range consisting of staple workwear products and progressively moved on to issuing smart and hard wearing suits for on-site security. RSS have clients all over the country so they needed suit options that were equally broad. We offer a large selection of suiting options, from classic navy and black to pin stripes and pin dots. The core uniform we provided was supplied with the RSS’ logo as standard, but other items required specific clients logos embroidered, due to our in-house branding departments we were able to this with accuracy and ease.
